Chris is the President and Co-founder of E-Moxie, a web software development firm based in the Baltimore, MD area, with over 20 years of experience in web and mobile development, infrastructure, and architecture. He specializes in utilizing the latest technology to create efficient, affordable, and unique solutions for clients. In addition to his role at E-Moxie, Chris co-founded and serves as Chairman of Venture Access, Inc., which provides entrepreneurs with the resources they need for success, including education, connections, guidance, space, and funding.

Chris is also actively involved in the local business community, serving as the Chairman of the Applied Technology Committee of Harford County’s Economic Development Advisory Board (EDAB) and as Vice Chair of the GroundFloor. Both roles involve supporting technological initiatives and entrepreneurial activities in the county, providing valuable input to the Department of Community & Economic Development and the County Executive. Through these efforts, Chris contributes to the growth and success of businesses in the region.
